When you send a GamesAdv enquiry, we use the name, company, email and message you provide to respond and manage that enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Campaign information

Each branded campaign identifies its organiser and provides its own data collection purpose and privacy notice when a form is enabled. Information submitted to a campaign is available to its authorised organiser. Please read that campaign’s notice before participating.

Operational records

The platform records participation, completion, form submission and optional reward redemption. Security controls use server request information to limit abuse. Campaign session credentials allow you to continue the current experience; administrators use essential login cookies.

Your choices

Where offered, marketing consent is separate and optional. Contact the campaign organiser for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests concerning a branded campaign. For enquiries sent directly to GamesAdv, contact enquiry@360marketing.my.

Retention and access

Information is limited to authorised users and retained for the relevant enquiry or campaign purpose. Organisers should specify their retention period and contact details in their campaign notice. Demonstration games on this website do not submit personal information or issue real rewards.

Games and future analytics

Individual games may store progress and preferences in your browser. Super Rally analytics described on this website are planned features. The applicable notice and implementation must be reviewed before new participant tracking is introduced.
